Topics include examination techniques, strabismus, amblyopia, tearing and tear duct obstructions, corneal abrasions, red reflexes, red eye and conjunctivitis, cellulitis and eyelid swellings, chalazia, blepharitis and blinking.The goal is to increase your skill at the basic eye exam for different age groups and to provide information and the occasional pearl as to diagnosis, treatment and when to refer to the pediatric ophthalmologist.
